Notification of UPS or Fed Ex Tracking Information
Customers who choose
to receive their shipment via UPS or Fed Ex can request an
automatic email notification of shipment tracking information.
To request
email notification*:
When you choose to receive your shipment via UPS or Fed Ex,
please note on your purchase order if you would like to receive
automatic email notification of shipment tracking information.
On your purchase order, provide the email address at
which you would like to receive the tracking information.
On the day your order ships out, an email detailing
all of the available shipment tracking information will be
sent to the email address provided.
*Automatic
email notification is only available if you request this feature
and provide an email address prior to shipment.
Common
Carrier (Echo Global Logistics)
If you requested
that your shipment be sent via common carrier, your less-than-truckload
shipment may have been arranged by Echo Global Logistics.
To track
your Common Carrier shipment:
In the Pro Number field, enter the Pro Number you were given
upon request when your order shipped.
Click "Search" and you will be able to view the details of
your shipment through Echo Global Logistics, our shipping
logistics partner.
If no details are
available, your order may have shipped out yet, or it may
not be able to track your purchase order number. Please
call customer service at 1-800-342-3408 for assistance.

Parcel Service (UPS)
If your shipment
was sent via UPS, you may be able to track your package(s)
here by your Purchase Order number.
To track
your UPS shipment:
In the "Reference Number" field, enter the Purchase
Order number you provided when you placed the order.
In the "Ship Date Range" field, select a range of
dates in which you expected your order to be shipped.
The default setting will search the previous 30 days.
Tracking information is available up to six months after shipment.
Enter the zip code and select the correct country of the address
that should receive the shipment.
Click "Track this Package" to view the details of
your shipment, as provided by UPS Online.
If no details are
available, your package may have not been shipped in the date
range selected, or it may not be able to track your purchase
order number. Please call customer service at 1-800-342-3408
for assistance.
