OVEN/FINISHING OPERATORS
Roto Division
Full Time:
10 & 12 Hour Night Shift, 6 pm to 6 am or 8 pm to 6 am
These individuals manufacture our larger plastic products. Qualified applicants must be at least 18 years of age. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, bend, twist and move about the facility. Employee regularly uses hands to finder, handle or fell; reaches with hands and arms. Must be able to push, pull and move equipment and/or supplies in excess of 70 lbs, and have the ability to lift/carry up to 70 lbs. Must be able to distinguish colors. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus. The employee is occasionally required to operate a computer, use the telephone, sit, kneel, squat and lay. Frequent exposure to elements such as odors, oil, fumes and noise.
METAL FABRICATION OPERATOR
Sowjoy Division
Full Time
Day Shift, Monday – Friday
These individuals operate various fabricating machines such as: saws, shears, rollers, presses, plasma cutters, and drills, etc. to prepare metal parts for assembly, then uses material handling equipment to move these parts throughout the plant. Also help with powder coating activities. Qualified applicants must be at least 18 years of age, mechanically inclined, able to lift/carry up to 70 lbs., read and comprehend instructions, as well as perform basic mathematical calculations.
WELDERS
Sowjoy Division
Full Time
Day Shift, Monday – Thursday, 7 am to 5 pm and 7 am to 4:30 pm Friday
These individuals weld metal parts with wire welding equipment per work order specifications. Qualified applicants must be at least 18 years of age, able to lift up to 75 lbs, read and comprehend written instructions, as well as perform basic mathematical calculations. One to three years of welding experience is also required and prior experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
TRUCK LOADER
Transportation Division
Full Time
Day Shift, Monday – Friday, Saturday as needed
Responsible for the organization, loading and shipping of products. Prepares and loads products onto trailers and moves products to/from yard using powered industrial equipment (tractors, fork lifts, skid loaders, etc) or other means as necessary. Monitors inventory of products in the yard and within the warehouse. Responsible for proper loading of products onto trailers, including common carriers. Utilizes pick tickets and/or loading diagrams to ensure proper load configurations. Understands product descriptions. Ability to follow prints regarding fitting locations and sizes. Qualified applicants must be at least 18 years of age, mechanically inclined, able to lift/carry up to 70 lbs., read and comprehend written instructions, as well as perform basic mathematical calculations.
INJECTION SETP UP TECHNICIAN
Injection Division
Full Time
Night Shift, Monday – Thursday 8 pm to 6 am
